Breakfast is Served

My first time… making Ham and Egg Cups

As recently mentioned I am completely addicted toPinterestand love finding both inspiration and actual things to make. I recently came across a fun and easy recipe for individual Ham and Egg Cups and had to give it a go.

All that is needed is sliced ham, eggs, scallions, salt pepper, and I opted for an Italian blend of cheeses.

Begin by applying a light coat of cooking spray to a muffin tin. Then place meat within in each

Crack one egg into each ham cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In the meantime, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Once the oven is ready, pop the muffin tray in and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Pull from the oven and immediately sprinkle with cheese and scallions.

Use a spoon to genlty release each cup and dig in!

This was super simple and took little prep time at all. While it was delish I think next time I would spice it up and include red pepper flakes, or hot sauce. Something to make your mouth dance!
